Our Adult Kenpo classes followers the format or raking system Ed Parker set down in his Infinite Insights into Kenpo series. We currently have five(5) sites in the Minneapolis/St Paul greater metropolis that teach Ed Parker's Kenpo Karate American Kenpo Karate for adults are self-defense classes that teach practical combinations you can use to get out of dangerous situations. They are not sport classes: we do not hold competitions and we do not award tropies. The classes are very affordable and are not used as a recruiting method for high priced contract studios. Benefits
